Factory Fabrication : The
compact and packaged Effluent Treatment Plant is packed in factory made
mild steel container units. For installation, these plants only require
sumps or RCC foundations. Easy handling / Transportation : These packaged system is easy to be mounted on crane or trailer for easy shifting to any of the site where the installation is required. The dimension of the plant is similar to that of container. Easy Hook Up / Start UP : The plant is easy to start and operate, if these instructions are followed properly: The electric cable is connected to the electricity panel for the easy start-up. The inlet sewage line is connected to the inlet flange of the packaged plant. The treated discharge line is connected to the outlet flange of the plant. The effluent is treated properly in accordance with all the treatment parameters. Easy Erection / Commissioning : Only a single technician or supervisor is required for the full on-site erection of fabricated treatment plant within short time period. |
Low Space requirement :
The fabricated plant is compact in design and require less space for
on-site erection and installation. The plant is very much in requirement
where the space is limited. Water Utilization : The treated water is used for road washing, construction purposes and gardening. Easy Operation and Maintenance: These compact treatment plants are easy to operate and require minimal attention from the operator. The plant panel is provided with automatic timers for pumps and air blowers for interchanging the position every 4 to 8 hours. The left-over sludge is removed using air lift pump and gravity only once in a day. Easy Sludge Disposal : The left over sludge is easy to dispose off from the plant using lift pump and can be used as manure in horticulture. Latest State -of- the Art Technology : The plant is based on forth generation aerobic biological treatment technology. Cost reduction : These compact plants also helps in the cost reduction as there is no need of laying the pipeline from factory site to the plant. |
