Externally fed rotary screen have
slotted wedge wire, cylindrical drum that rotate on two pillow block
bearing. The screen slot opening range from 0.25 to 2.5 mm thick the
rotary drum is driven by drive head consisting of gear reducer coupled
to suitable electric motor |

Sukriti offer different type of oil
skimmer such as endless belt / tube type and drum type. These oil
skimmer are used as a pre-treatment prior to chemical treatment. It
removes floating oil from water based effluent to minimize treatment
cost. The skimmer mechanism attracts hydrocarbon and other impurities. Oil is automatically, elevated and collected without any manual attention. Collection of oil is unaffected by floating debris and changes in the liquid level. These oil skimmer are available of different oil collection capacities ranging from 1-5 / hr capacity. |

low / speed agitator / mixer such as radical impeller, pitch turbine
type, marine propeller anchor and paddle type agitators. The speed of
this agitators varies from 20-100 rpm being achieved by using worm /
helical gear reducer. agitation / mixing of chemicals is also be
achieved by fine / coarse bubbling against specific need. |

Sukiti offer "fab flexi -air
high efficient EPDM membrane diffuser. These are of tubular as well as
disc type. These diffusers are having high oxygen transfer rate,
consumes low energy and are simple in installation procedure. These
membrane are non buoyant because of its unique design, thus no forces on
account of buoyancy act on diffusers. These diffusers are self cleaning
design prevents clogging and highly resistant to fouling. |

Sukriti's aerators are used in
biological treatment system.. Both fixed and floating type are
available. The fixed type aerators are mounted on a RCC or MS platform
anchored to the ground. .The impeller is conical and the RPM of the
aerator is normally between 45-60. Heavy duty gear box (Helical or Worm)
with service factor up to 2.0 is provided . Oxygenation capacity of the
aerator varies from 1.5 to 2.5 kg 02 per 5 HP, under standard
conditions. For floating type aerators speed varies from 960 to 1400 rpm
and are mounted over SS 304/ FRP floats tied with the help of mooring
ropes. |

Sukriti Clarifiers are central
driven units and are used either as a primary clarifier or secondary
clarifier and is available in diameters upto 22m. These mechanisms have
a fixed bridge spanning the whole diameter of the tank., which supports
the mechanism and also serves as a walkway. Chequered plate walkway from
periphery to center is provided. The feed well and the vertical shaft to which rake arms are attached are hung from this bridge. The drive unit is mounted at the center of the bridge. |

Sukriti offers high efficient tube
/ lamella settlers for clarification! separation of' suspended solids
from the effluent. Generally tube / lamella settlers are fabricated out
of MS plate / RCC by utilizing PVC tube deck / PP, PVC sheets. The tube
deck is hexagonal chevron shape is most ideal for effective settling
with or without coagulation or flocculation. High settling surface area
(10-12.5 M2M) leads to very small tankage volume and detention time
requirement is also reduces drastically. These tube settlers are
designed to the specific requirement of the customer. |

Generally these filters are made of
MS epoxy coated / FRP using header and lateral / nozzles distribution
arrangement provided with special grade respective media for removal of
traces of suspended solids, color and to improve odor, taste and foul
smell presented in treated water. These filters are provided with inlet,
outlet, drain went and back washing arrangement. These filters are
available up to 50 M³/ hr flow rate as per the specific need of the
client. |
